Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy: All your purchases from Galapel are insured and free of charge. We do not cover shipping expenses for returns, repairs and inscription requests. Estimated delivery times given at the time of order are generated by automatically calculating the production process and shipping times. If you want your cargo to be sent to your address faster, you can take advantage of our express shipping options. Our estimated delivery time starts on the day the payment is received. If you have made your payment by bank transfer, the production process will be initiated after the payment reaches our bank account.

Shipment with insurance: All shipments from Galepel are made by Ups and DHL with insurance. The insurance cover is valid until you receive the product. After you order a product we will send a tracking number to your e-mail address. You can follow your order online using this number. Please check your order upon receiving it and report it to the Shipping Company if there has been any damage to the product. Please contact us in case of any problems with the shipping. As Galapel we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

Remote destinations: If the region to be shipped is in a remote location, there is a possibility that your products may be subject to customs procedures. Galapel is not responsible for any customs/duty charges that may occur in this process.
