Canceletion & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within the first 60 days after delivery for a full refund. Please call or send me email ( support@galapel.com ) us for instructions on returning an item. Jewelry that no longer has the tag attached, has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition with the tag attached. NOTE: Special and customized orders are nonreturnable.  Please note that cancellations or returns are not accepted for personalized/customized products, as these items are specially made according to the customer's specifications. For non-customized products, cancellations and returns can be accommodated if requested before the product has been put into use. The product must be in its original condition with all tags and labels intact. Damaged or used products may not be eligible for cancellation or return. If a product is received in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team immediately for further assistance. Damaged products may be subject to different procedures depending on the specific circumstances. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning a product, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Upon successful cancellation or return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If requested, an exchange for an alternative product may be arranged. It is important to review and understand the cancellation and return policy before making a purchase.
